Creating a Proposal
- 1Generate AI renovations for rooms in your property
- 2Review and select the best renders (Pro mode recommended)
- 3Navigate to the "Proposals" tab on the Property page
- 4Click "New Proposal" and select the rooms and renders to include
- 5Click "Publish" to generate a magic link and PDF brochure

Sharing with Clients
Magic Link
Copy the public proposal URL and send it directly to your client. The link is secure and uniquely generated for each proposal.
Public Access
Clients can view the presentation without logging in. The view is read-only and focused entirely on the renovation experience.
Pro Tips
- • Select only the best 1-2 renders per room for a polished presentation
- • Ensure all rooms have "COMPLETED" (4K) renders for professional quality
- • Preview the proposal before publishing to verify layout and descriptions
- • Use the PDF version for email attachments or printed leave-behinds
