Create Draft
Select a project and choose the specific rooms and renovations you want to showcase. Note: Only renovations generated in Pro mode can be selected; Fast (Style Check) renders are automatically filtered out to ensure professional client quality.

Publish
Click the Publish button (or "Share Proposal") to make it live. This generates a unique public link and freezes the content.

Background PDF Generation
Once published, our system automatically generates a high-resolution PDF version of your proposal in the background. Note: If you click the PDF download link immediately after publishing, you may see a "Not Ready" warning while the generation completes.
Professional PDF Export
Our PDF exports are designed for physical printing and high-end digital presentation. The layout is optimized for clarity:
- 2/3 Image Split: Large-format renovation render for maximum impact.
- 1/3 Text Column: Side panel containing the original room photo and architectural description.
- High Resolution: Images are optimized and resized for crystal-clear printing without massive file sizes.
Engagement Analytics
Each proposal includes a detailed engagement dashboard that gives you insight into client interest.
