Projects

Projects are where renovation work happens. Each project links one client with one property, letting you generate and manage AI renovation renders.

What is a Project?

A Project connects a property to a specific engagement. Altara supports two types of projects to fit your workflow:

Client Project

Links a property to a specific client. Best for active buyer representations or custom renovation consultations.

Listing Project

Focuses on the property itself without a specific client assigned. Best for preparing "Coming Soon" listings or CMA materials.

Creating a Project

  1. 1Navigate to Projects from the sidebar
  2. 2Click "New Project" button
  3. 3Enter a project name
  4. 4Select Project Type: "For a Client" or "For a Listing"
  5. 5Select the property (and client if applicable)
  6. 6Save the project

Project Detail View

The project detail page shows all rooms from the linked property:

  • See all rooms from the property in one view
  • Generate AI renovation renders for each room
  • Mark the best render as "Final" for each room
  • Access Presentation mode directly from the project

Open Presentation mode and share with client

Pro Tip

Want to show the same property in different styles? Create multiple projects for the same client and property—one with a Modern renovation style and another with Industrial. This lets you present different visions to the client.
