Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Altara in 5 minutes. Follow these 5 steps to create your first AI renovation render.
Navigate Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your command center showing recent activity, property stats, and quick actions.
- The sidebar on the left provides quick access to all sections
- Click the Altara logo to return to the dashboard from anywhere
- Your credits balance is shown in the user menu (bottom left)
Add Your First Property
Properties are the foundation of Altara. Each property represents a real estate listing with its address, photos, and rooms.
- Go to Properties → Click "Add Property"
- Enter the address and upload a cover photo
- Add rooms with approximate dimensions for better AI realism
Create a Project
Projects link one client to one property. This is where you generate AI renovations and create client presentations.
- Go to Projects → Click "New Project"
- Select the client and property
- Each project holds the renovation renders for that specific engagement
Generate AI Renovations
The AI Studio is where the magic happens. Select a room, choose a renovation style, and let AI create photorealistic renders.
- Open a room and click "Open in Studio"
- Choose style, lighting, and color palette
- Click "Generate" and wait ~30 seconds for results
- Use the "Refine" button to iterate on specific details
Share with Clients
Create stunning before/after presentations to wow your clients and close deals faster.
- Select your best renovations as "Final"
- Open the Presentation mode from your project
- Share the link directly with clients
- View the AI-generated architectural description in the sidebar
