Managing Rooms

Each property can have multiple rooms. Rooms store the original photos that will be used for AI processing.

  • Each room has a name and type (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, etc.)
  • Room dimensions (Length x Width) — helps AI scale furniture realistically
  • Upload a photo of the current room state
  • Instant availability: Rooms and photos appear immediately so you can start working without waiting for uploads to finish
  • AI automatically cleans the photo (removes furniture) — costs 1 credit
  • The same room can be used across multiple client projects

AI Cleaning

When you upload a room photo, AI automatically removes visual clutter (furniture, decorations) to create a clean base. This helps the renovation AI be more accurate.

1
Initial Clean

AI removes furniture and clutter automatically (1 credit)

2
Refine (if needed)

Draw on areas AI missed to guide cleanup — free, no credit cost

3
Retry (if poor result)

Start fresh with a new cleaning attempt (1 credit)

Note: AI renovation renders are generated and managed within Projects, not at the property level. This lets you create different renovation variations for different client engagements.

Pro Tip

Use high-quality, well-lit photos for the best AI renovation results. Wide-angle shots that capture the entire room work best.
